Are excellent. Steve is honest, doesn’t oversell and he and his team have built out our loft adding 2 bedrooms, shower room and snug (tv room/utility space). They also took on removing a chimney to open up the room it was in, and provide us with more space up in the loft.
Steve was easy to engage with, managed the entire project and made the whole process very easy for us.There was no “you need to commission drawings at extra cost to you” or “you’ll need to pay trades separately” like we experienced with other companies that quoted.TLC included it all, managed it all and we couldn’t be happier with the finished loft.Thank you to Steve, Jacob, Josh, Frank, Scott, and Nick.
