We had 5 quotes in total for our velux loft conversion and Steve at Tuckers Loft Conversions stood out by far. He was approachable, knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. We saw the work progress quickly within the first few weeks of work starting. Steve and team were reliable, hard working and we felt at ease. We were happy that the work was completed to the estimated timeframe and budget given. During the process communication was efficient and any issues that arose (nothing to do with TLC) were discussed and mutually solved. Any extras due to our house structure or our personal preference were discussed first and quoted very reasonably. It was a pleasure to have Steve and his team work in our home and we are very pleased with our on-suite velux loft conversion that has given us much more space.
